How do I return an item?

Izba Product Exchanges and Returns: For whatever reason, should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted, with receipt, within 15 days from date of receipt of shipment. The product must be in new condition and accompanied by the packing slip included with your order, indicating the reason for return. After 15 days items will be replace in case of defect only.

All Holiday gifts must be returned by January 7th. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable gift certificate. Returns or exchanges are prohibited on custom orders, with the exception of product defects or damages.

For your protection, we suggest sending the item insured via UPS, FedEx or USPS, with return receipt requested.
